All the names can get a little confusing I know :grin: ,

Ok so PHS plays the faceless King, a young man who has been hidden away by his mother since he was very young, he has one bodyguard with him ( there relationship will have you in fits it's awesome, and this poor guy has never had a friend ( bit hard to make friends when anyone who sees your face ends up with a severe case of death,

   

:point_up_2: Park Seo-Joon As Moo-Myung aka Kim Sun-Woo aka Dog bird.

PSJ plays the adorable Dog bird, a young man who grows up in a choenin village he goes to the capital with his best friend knowing that if there caught they will die,

He ends up taking on his bff's identity for reasons

( sorry trying not to give to much away)

She believes Dog bird is her long lost brother, she is also a doctor and someone who will do almost anything for silver, because of debt

:point_up_2: Kim Ji-Soo as Queen Mother Ji-So

You will hate her without a doubt nuff said :grin:

:point_up_2: Choi Minho As Kim Soo-Ho, one of the rich pretty boys of Silla's elite a True bone (more on bone ranks later)

:point_up_2: Do Ji-Han As Park Ban-ryu a bit of a twat at the start to be honest but he gets better

:point_up_2: Jo Yoon-Woo As Kim Yeo-Wool a self confessed pretty boy who is a little obsessed with finding out who is daddy is

:point_up_2: Kim Tae-Hyung As Suk Han-Sung, the last true bone in his family line.

This is just the main players in my opinion

                                     The Plot

The Queen Mother has ruled Sills since the untimely death of her hubby, since his death of unnatural cause's

She has kept her son ( the true king)hidden,

Most officials believe she is just power mad and want her off the throne,

The problem is that some of them don't want her son on there either.

  Ji-So needs to ensure the safety of her son and the throne,

And so creates the Hwarang there is much plotting, backstabbing and sweet sweet romance to keep everyone happy.

Also the little bromance between Kim Tae-Hyung and Park Seo-Joon is adorable

Bone rank system is Royalty are sacred bone, next down is true bone, then you have half bone ( looked down on by most true bone) then you have choenin it's ok to kill them if they are caught in the capital
