hey guys, welcome back to yet another blog from my side and it's again gonna be another challenge entry. So its called let's eat as the title suggests and all we have to do is talk about food from our country and from south korea. It sounded really intresting so here's my entry and let's get started already!

My country has effing LOADS of good food to offer, I mean, I swear you'll find the best taste over here and once you eat in, you'd never wanna go out. The thing that makes me the most proud of my country is the food. And it doesn't matter if people hate on my country (which is actually happening these days thanks to the society and men) but anyways, let me tell you about the great dishes my country has to offer. Although its impossible to name ALL the good dishes from my country, i'll go with the prime ones. Gulab Jamun, pav bhaji, pani puri, naan, biriyani which is a blend of amazing spices and rice and even the simplest of the meals like khichdi or dal chawal will taste heaven.

I have never tried a single south korean dish and I might as well not really because I'm a vegetarian and majority of the korean dishes are non vegetarian. But there are indeed some dishes that I can eat as a vegetarian. So first, I'll go with tteokkbokki, I swear it looks so damn delicous, like the soft white long things dipped in that attractive red, I swear I want to eat it. I'd also like to eat kimchi and ramen without the excessive water and raw egg and all those things they put in as topping. I think i'd also like to try gimbap as long as there's no meat in it and ofcourse, macarons and all the sweet deserts they have to offer.

To begin with the indian food, lets begin with Gulab Jamun. Its a really popular desert over here and its basically a soft brown ball made up of flour and milk and then its fried and dipped in sugar syrup. I swear it tastes like heaven. Then we have pav bhaji which is basically bread eaten with a blend of veggies, thats the best I can explain. Then we also have pani puri which is a really popular street food. Its basically a light and crispy ball which is filled with a tangy or sweet water and a spicy and salty filling of potato. I swear its an addiction worse than anything. Then we have naan which is one of the many amazing flatbreads here. Its thick bread which is soft and can be coated with a layer of garlic or butter, however you like and its eaten with Paneer Butter masala or chicken butter masala or any veggie. I just named the 2 that are the most famous pairs. Then we have biriyani which is rich rice dish combined with beautiful and aromatic spices and it can be paired with anything, simply veggies, or chicken, or mutton or egg, anything.

For the korean dishes, I'll begin with tteokbokki. Tteokbokki is basically a dish made of rice flour into soft pieces and then its dipped with thick red gochuchang paste and i swear it looks so damn delicious. Then we have kimchi which is basically made with Nappa cabbage covered with red spices and seasonings like salt, garlic, ginger, fish sauce (or soy sauce as an alternative), and gochugaru. Then we have ramen, I'll go with a really plain ramen to be honest, only the ramen and the spices, no extra water to make it soupy, no raw egg, no sprouts, no cheese, just plain ramen, hardly a tteokbokki if I have to. Im sorry but thats how I'd prefer eating. And then we have gimbap which is basically veggies and meat cut into long thin pieces and then rolled into rice and seaweed paper and then cut into small circles.I'll eat it as long as there's no meat.
