This is my first blog with my new team #dramabees and this is like the 10000th time I'm blogging about sungkyunkwan scandal bit I can't help but fall in love with this amazing drama🤗..

Let me just start off saying that I absolutely fell in love with all the characters in here. I thought all the actors/actresses really did a great job in portraying their respective roles and adding more depth to the characters. Many may find this drama very cliche but I'm found it hilarious and overall it was a great drama watching experience :sparkling_heart: .

Moon Jae Shin really is the perfect knight in shining armor and I love his cause. His angry, angsty past and his recklessness hit just the right spot for me.  I love that he kept going out and climbing on roofs and fighting the guards even though each time he knew he was going to get hurt and even have a chance to die. It just showed how much he cared for his cause of getting justice for his brother and for a morally decent society.  It’s amazing that in the end, he acknowledges that his father isn’t such a bad guy after all and he finally understands that the world he lives in isn’t such a hateful place.  There’s just sooo much character development here it knocks me over with its awesomenes! :sparkling_heart: He grows from a brooding, rebellious, and reckless bum-student who risks his life because he doesn’t care for it to a wise, understanding, comionate, and accepting hero that has learned so much about family, equality and friendship

He breaks my heart by silently ing Yoon Hee and guiding her through everything, but never having her acknowledge him fully :pensive:   He was always there for her.  He loved her and was constantly protecting her, but I knew there was so many of his inner demons that he hide to fight first, and that was really the importance of his story, not a love interest. I’m really happy that Jae Shin never tried to force his feelings onto her or ever challenged Sun-joon over Yoon-Hee because he knew who was really in her heart and he slowly learned to accept it and let it go without pressuring her into returning his feelings. It shows he respects her decision and her feelings, and that’s always an important characteristic of a noble hero.

But I also dislike that fact that he never actually addresses his feelings about Yoon-Hee to himself (he never its that he’s in love with her, but I guess I can let it slide since in the end, he does finally tell Sun-joon that he will let her go now and that he’s placing her safety into Sun-joon’s hand which again, makes me fall deeper in love with him :sparkling_heart: because he just lets it go finally and it’s pretty much symbolic of how he trusts Sun-joon to be a good partner and match for Yoon-hee and that in turn shows how strong his and Sun-joon’s friendship bond has grown over all their hardships together. That friendship is what makes my heart flutter around in pure glee! So sweet🤗..

Now excuse me while I fangirl the HELL out of him as well .. :no_mouth: I already did my analytical analysis part so nowlet me flail in peace!! CUZ WELL OH MAH GAWD. This boy. He’s perfect, ya’ll. If you don’t think he’s the hottest man of the entire human species …please GO GET YOUR EYES CHECKED CUZ DAAAMNNN :kissing_heart: he’s so fine. EVERY . TIME. HE . WAS. ON. SCREEN. I found myself going “ohhh ma gawd” or “nnnnggghhhhhhhh” I love THE HAAIR! Yoo ah-in got it down PERFECTLY …he really rocked that hair, everyone…His hair was the Joseon era side bangs!! :sweat_smile: the facial hair even made him HOTTER. His stance. The way he walks and talks and smirks and smiles and glares and cries and laughs and grimaces . All of it made me DIE. Whenever he changed into different robes or outfits it was soo sexy and breathtaking I couldn’t help but fangirl my face off .🤩

I also found myself LOVING the beads that tied his hair up . it was the perfect last touchup to his character. Yes I love little details like that. OH MAN. Oh and of course every angry look he had and the tears had me bawling my face off. Every time he bled or got hurt I found myself gasping and worried and my heart hurt :disappointed_relieved: and him walking about with his chest entirely open the whole beginning section made me collapse on the ground with a bloody nose everytimeee. Makes me kind of reconsider the reason why I liked this drama so much. AHHA KIDDING~! It did have great fanservice though I must say...Take me to hang out with you in a tree too, jae-shin sshi... i'll scale rooftops with you in ninja clothing or we can drink soju together :smirk:

He was flawless and gorgeous and really made my heart skip a beat... Yoo ah-in did an AMAZING job bringing depth and life to him and he wasn’t just a bad-boy or a depressing second male lead.  He was so much more than that He was Geol Oh the "hottest wild horse in the world" :heart_eyes:
