The 100 recast | Ksistas

Hey everyone! Hru doing? I’m feeling so bad rn, I let my 4 wisdom tooth remove this Friday and I’m still in pain :skull: Let’s start the blog before I start complaining again🙄

This is my first blog for Ksista, my first segment will be recast.

As you can see from the gif I will recast “the 100”. It’s a series with 7 seasons :skull: I will only do season 1 so only characters from season 1 will be in this blog.

The 100 is an American science fiction television series. First season was realised in 2014, it contains 13 episode. I started it in 2016, so I binged 2 seasons thn. It’s a good series but the first 3 seasons are way better thn the last ones🥱

97 years ago the earth was destroyed by a nuclear apocalypse and no human could survive there anymore. The only way to survive was to live in space, right now 3 generations have been born in the space, so there are around 4,000 survivors. They do not have enough resources and supplies to live in space station anymore cuz the survivor numbers are growing. Fun fact if you make more thn 1 child in the ark, the mother will be floated *like among us* and the child will be send to prison :smiley: The rules are really organised and strict in the ark.

So like I said there is an oxygen shortage and for that reason they will sent 100 young prisoners to earth. The goal was to see if Earth was survivable and to give the Ark more time to fix the life problem.

The young prisoners survived the landing but they decided to lie and let the ark know they DID NOT survive, they did it with destroying their bracelets.

The prisoners discover that some survived the apocalypse, those people call them self The Grounders. The Grounders aren’t bad but if you fight with their people, they will fight harder. The grounders don’t want the sky people on earth.

Clarke Griffen ( by Eliza Taylor) is an important character, she plays in all 7 seasons. Clarke is one of the 100 prisoners who was sent to Earth. Her father got floated and she always blames herself for that. Clarke loves drawing and knows a lot about medical, she is following her mom’s footsteps. Clarke always had a leader rol in this series.

I chose Lee Se-young cuz I feel like she would fit Clarke her rol. I’ve only seen her in “Kairos” and “a korean odyssey” but ofc those roles are so different from Clarke her character. Her looks kinda gave it away for me🤔 I think she will do awesome :clap: 🏻

Bellamy Blake (Bob Morley) is my favourite character from this series🥰 I always believed in him. He is a leader next to Clarke, they make the important decisions. Clarke and Bellamy’s friendship is the best in this show ( I ship them SO MUCH omfg). Bellamy secretly came to Earth, he wasn’t part of the 100 prisoners. His sister was, so he went there to protect her.

The actor I chose to play Bellamy is Park Bo Gum, I think he will portray him perfectly. Their smile is kinda similar too🤪 anyway Park Bo Gum is a great actor, so he got this!

Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) had the biggest change in this whole series. She started off really innocent and became so bad ass. There were moments where I hated but at the end I always forgave her :joy: . She became a prisoner cuz she was the second child🤷🏻‍♀ You can only have 1 child in space station. For this she never never felt a part of the sky people. She fell in love with Lincoln ( who is a Grounder), for that reason she became part the Grounders too.

When I was thinking about Octavia, my first thought was Seo Yeji. Seo Yeji will make a good Octavia, we all know her skills. She will definitely rock this character!

The 100 would be boring without our psycho Murphy (Richard Harmon)🤣 You might hate him in season 1 but you will realise he wasn’t that bad after all. Murphy is part of the original 100 juvenile delinquents from the Ark. He is kinda a selfish character but that’s what I like about him ig🤷🏻‍♀

For this character I chose actor Seo In-guk. They kinda look like each other and he also had a selfish role in “the smile has left your eyes”.

Raven (Lindsey Morgan) is not part of the original the 100. She will go to Earth alone with the help of Clarke’s mom Abby. She will go there to see if the 100 prisoners actually died 🤷🏻‍♀ (since they all turned their bracelet off so technically they died for the people in the ark) Ofc Abby won’t believe her daughter died so she sends Raven to see if she is alive. I always felt bad for Raven, she went through the most pain in all seven seasons. The 100 wouldn’t survive without Raven, she is so smart and helped so much with her technology skills :clap: 🏻

Krystal would pull this one off, she really gives me Raven vibes :raised_hands: 🏻

The rest of the characters I won’t explain since there too many of them 🤷🏻‍♀
