day 8 of positivity

I’ve reached the day of the 10 days of positivity challenge where I get to dedicate 5 KPop songs to 5 of my mutuals! Time to get cringy! :joy:

I decided to dedicate N.Flying’s “Good Bam” to you because it screams of a good time. Haha. I love this song because it always makes me imagine a fun evening with friends just hanging out and doing whatever. That’s something I hope for you; lots of good times ahead!

a song for shy

For you, my friend, I dedicate EVERGLOW’s “Don’t Speak”. This song made me think of you because it’s sassy, but also feminine and fun. It has a warm melody and brings a smile to my face. I hope this new year is full of those feelings for you, as well!

a song for jay

I wanted to dedicate a song to you that I always go to when I need a hug. One of those songs for me is J J Project’s “Tomorrow, Today”. I don’t know why, but there’s something about the melody and that it’s JB & Jinyoung that just makes me feel like I can take a deep breath. It’s warm and feels like the presence of an old friend. I hope it feels something like that for you, too!

I don’t know why, by Ciipher’s “Blind” was the song that popped into my head for you. :joy: I always forget how great it is and I feel like you’d appreciate songs like that. You know, ones that just sneak up on you and come out of nowhere then get buried in your brain. It’s stuck in my brain like you’re stuck with me as a friend, I suppose. Maybe that’s the connection! Haha.

For you, I’m dedicating D&E’s “‘Bout You” because it has a sound that makes me think of you. It has a classic kind of melody, with a fun vocal style. I feel like these are very Sharu-types of songs. Haha. It’s colorful, like you and all of your edits, and appeals to all kinds of people. I hope you continue being that way forever!
