happy one year with muffin :heartbeat:

hello! it is now the 14th january, which marks a year since muffin and i met. so here i am, recalling the timeline of our journey :,) so sit back and relax, its going to be a long ride!!

before i begin writing this, heres a throwback to our first recorded interaction:

i met one of the greatest people on this app a year ago today. on the 14th january 2018 i met muffin, and it may even be sooner than that :^) i exactly how it happened too. i was writing my first ever blog, it was about kangin and i was struggling with it so i procrastinated by shitposting. unfortunately i cant find our first ever interactions since i deleted my shitposts bUt i clearly back then, muffin motivated me to carry on writing and stop procrastinating :triumph: :hand: i watched a lot of kangin videos back then and had them bookmarked so i could refer to them in the blog and muffin started calling me "kangin bookmarker". she called me that for the longest time and it still makes me incredibly soft until this day isjsks. but that nickname is ultimately where our friendship began, which is why it makes me feel all soft and fuzzy every time i hear it.

since then, we started talking a lot in the comments. we actually became really great friends through commenting on each others posts. we were always hyper and spoke in caps, which is no different to what happens today lmao. we did this for months before we started pming, we didnt talk to each other on messages until may 3rd 2018 and yep, i scrolled all the way back just for that moment :relieved: :hand:

she sent me so many kangins, the most kangins ive ever received and i was so happy. it was such a sweet thing to do :,) our friendship grew even more from there as we spoke a lot on messages and looking back now, muffin always listened to me and gave me a lot of advice. im so grateful for that, thank you muffin for putting up with me and always being a helpful bean :sob: you listen to me a oot even now, and you always make me feel better when im feeling stressed or lost. you also taught me about henna tattoos which was interesting and they look so beautiful owo

then in may 2018 the team applications were open and we applied,,, and both got accepted :sunglasses: muffin was a chatmod at the time, i ed the welcome committee and oh boi... when we were added to that ka team chat, we were w i l d. these were some of my favourite memories with us as friends but also some of my favourite memories of my time on ka. we would stay up all night, we were literally sleep deprived and what we were saying made no sense at all but somehow we understood each other. my love for jypapi was born at this time and we spoke about his big yard, furries, and so many other things. we were terrifying, we literally scared the rest of the team but it was so so much fun. i feel like that period of time helped me become bilingual, i can now understand muffins lanuage of "JAKAKS LTKEK AJDJEJW EJRK"

and in july i was a hoe and left ka for a couple of months but even that didnt affect our friendship. we spoke on pinterest, i became addicted which was all muffins fault :rage: and yadadada, didnt last long because i came back to ka in either september or october, i cant

and when i came back, screaming was born. this is a group chat with muffin, tiana and i and its where we talk now all the time and one of the greatest group chats to exist. we created so many memories in this chat and i wish i had the patience to scroll back up but we speak so often that it would literally take forever djsjsan but i can still recall a lot of my favourite memories clearly

-> the most iconic one of all time. and muffin, i bet you know what im going to say. the coffee with no coffee, the coffee with a syrupbase, the syrupbucks. muffin ordered starbucks with no coffee TWICE and it doesnt sound funny when i explain it but it was hilarious, muffin was distraught and tiana & i bullied her for hours. we all even had matching names :^) i believe that's the most ive ever laughed on here, so thank you muffin for mes your order

-> muffin as gabriella from high school musical. this is funny because muffin was asleep at that time djdjd but hey, we're always thinking of muffin and never want her to miss out so we casted her as gabriella and owo when she was singing to troy bolton it was so cute. i cant wait for your arranged marriage with troy to happen :sob:

-> teaching me how to fry an egg. that was so stressful but i managed to do it in the end and that was all thanks to muffin :sob: im pretty sure i was taught wrong though because muffin complains about the oil or sumn, but hey muffin youre the one who taught me so thats your fault

-> UWU SPACESHIPS AND THE JYP DRAWING. i love love love muffins ufo's that she draws and i also love jyp so for my birthday she drew both of those things and it was so beautiful, i stan an artist.

-> we watched asian weddings for a very long time and muffin transformed me into a benglaboo. muffin introduced me to real beauty, i want to get married asap. thanks muffin.

and now here we are, a year later. we have so many memories that we created together within one year and i cant wait to see what other memories we create in the future. im so lucky i was able to meet such an amazing person in this community and i feel like we have watched each other grow on here throughout that time which is super cute.

muffin, if youre reading this, i hope you know that i love you. meeting you was an actual blessing i stg and i wouldnt trade it for the world. when im feeling stressed or sad, your weirdness makes me forget about it all and i get to laugh for hours. you are super weird, but clearly i am too and i think that helps us get along even better :^) youre extra soft, you make me smile a lot and youre even sassy at times, you keep things real when you have to and sassy muffin is an absolute gem :sunglasses: tiana has to put up with us, bless her poor soul, but thats fine ddndmmss. thank you for staying with me throughout this year, for making me laugh a lot and teaching me things. youve been an amazing friend and im so grateful, i hope you know that. i cant wait to see what the next year of our friendship brings mwah mwah i love you!

i suck at this showing my love thing but you really do mean so much to me and i just want you to have the best future ever, in fact i know you will, because you deserve that a lot. youre incredibly important to me.
