i saw this yesterday and felt the need to talk about it, because i completely agree. if you have a goal, just work towards it little by little every day and you'll see improvements as time es. and if you have worries, work on getting rid of them, also little by little, one by one. the burden will get smaller over time, i promise.

set yourself small goals you can achieve that all lead up to that one big one. i for example set myself a few smaller and also bigger tasks that I've been procrastinating on for months now but due to some of them being so small and easy to achieve, i actually started to work on them and it's such a nice feeling to finally have them finished as they've been constantly on my mind, keeping me feeling very pressured.
