Happiest of birthdays to ONEUS’s amazing rapper and vocalist, Leedo! You are so amazingly talented and remain my bias in the group so I am happy to be able to celebrate it with the other of the team by writing this blog! Now I may be taking this prompt as an excuse to imagine your interactions as one of my semi-ult biases with another of my semi-ults but hey I do actually love the idea of what could come if ONEUS did actually have the opportunity to have a collaboration with this group, the group in question being D1CE!

For those of you who don’t know D1CE is a five member group under D1CE Entertainment (which is a subsidiary of HappyFace Entertainment otherwise known as Dreamcatcher Company). They are a very vocal heavy group for the most part which means that their main rapper Jinyoung, who is also their maknae, gets a lot of time to shine. Now if Leedo were to D1CE he would actually become their new maknae as he’s about a month younger than Jinyoung; which makes sense and does not make any sense at all in my mind… Now when it comes to the two rapper’s styles I have to say that they are quite different, which makes me love what could come from it even more. Jinyoung has a bright and fast rapping style as seen in his solo song “Happy Birthday” which has a bit of a nasally sound and reminds me of Hanse from Victon’s style a bit! While on the other hand Leedo is known for having such a dark and rich tone and being the deep voiced rapper; I mean “Intro: Light Us” serves as enough proof of that on it’s own! So when I think of putting these two rappers together in a group despite having completely different styles all I’m imagining is the duo they could possibly form where they can bounce off of eachother to fill in the gaps that the other may hold and add more dynamic elements to the music as in D1CE the other lead rapper, Hyunsoo, has a style that’s closer to that of Jinyoung, but overall normally has the huskiest voice of all of the of the group. Now to expand and talk fully about how Leedo would fit into the entire group’s dynamic, music videos, etc.!

Now before we move over to talk about how the entire group’s dynamic would be I want to take a quick detour and say that I could imagine Leedo not only being a main rapper for the group but also a lead vocalist! I think that he could be a perfect partner to compliment Jinyoung’s rapping and also Hyunsoo who has a bit of a similar style, but I think that if he were to become a lead vocalist in the group also that it would be a perfect opportunity to balance out both him and Hyunsoo in the group’s songs for when they go between singing and rapping, forming another multi talented duo right there in the group itself (just imaging the possible subunits that could come out of this ex. Jinyoung & Leedo; Jinyoung, Leedo, & Hyunsoo; Hyunsoo & Leedo; Woodam & Leedo, etc. makes me even more excited to imagine what full group collabs between ONEUS and D1CE could look like)! Now if you’ve never heard Leedo sing you are missing out, this cover of “Start Over”, a song originally sung by Gaho was performed amazingly by Leedo, and as a vocalist Leedo’s tone compared to the other member’s of D1CE is quite different again, he has a softer, paler tone yet still fits in quite softly and smoothly with Hyunsoo; whose singing is more similar to Leedo’s singing voice then his rapping voice. Hyunsoo’s singing is a bit richer though and carries more of his emotions throughout such as seen in this “Memories” cover.

Moving away from our detour of what Leedo’s positions would be in the group we can enter the actual reasoning of why I chose for him to be in this group (outside of D1CE and Woodam specifically being my semi-ults). When I was deciding I was quite stuck on which group to choose, being stuck between three (DKB and Vanner being my other possible choices) before deciding finally on D1CE because the urge to imagine Leedo in “Wake Up” was too much to handle and it needed to be done. For a debut it provided an exceptionally strong song and performance from the which wasn’t really a surprise considering that the had already been active for at least two years already from time participating in Produce 101, MIXNINE, and Boys24, while also being active in a pre-debut group and pre-debut subunit (“Falling In Love” - Pre-Debut Subunit Release and “You Are So Beautiful - Pre-Debut Group Release). And I think that Leedo could fit right into the song as even during ONEUS’s debut he had the strengths and talents that experienced of debuted groups hold! I think that he could fit in “Wake Up” perfectly as a softer vocalist and if he were to add in his own rap also between him, Jinyoung, and Hyunsoo, the rapping would continue to be top tier and full of ion!

Now for the last portion of imagining Leedo in D1CE I’m just trying to imagine the group’s possible dynamic and how it might change if he were to ! Leedo is quite introverted and even his MBTI shows that so I think that ing a group where he has no prior connections (like how he knew Ravn beforehand) would probably be quite awkward for him but I think that by working hard together if they were to form that same pre-debut group they had before their official debut with the release of “Wake Up” that he would be able to grow closer with the at some degree and be more comfortable. Because while they don’t seem like it on the outside D1CE are really very chaotic, I mean Yonggeun, their leader, is the fake maknae afterall. If you really want to get a look at the group’s dynamic and how chaotic they are then look no further than their Noraebang from their First Visit To ASC. Because despite being tense at first they really end up letting go and being hilarious, from a three vs one Rock Paper Scissors match opening up the game (because one member didn’t throw down) to a karaoke match that had the rapper heavy group loosing, and just throughout the entirety of the video seeing them be wild playing with instruments, I mean Woodam was very much leading the tambourine playing as the main vocalist and had everyone else singing instead. Now imagining Leedo fitting into this dynamic has me rolling because like I said he is an introvert, but around his fellow in ONEUS he is hilarious, even when he’s not trying to be. He’ll act cocky to the other about being able to carry multiple people at one time and about being the strongest member while turning around to cringe at the mention of doing aegyo. So I think that putting Leedo in the group would truly be the cause for the most chaotic changes in their dynamic, while realistically adding another talented vocalist and rapper with a slightly different skill set to what the group already has!

First of all, I would like to wish our deep voiced baby boy Leedo the happiest of birthdays !!! I'm so glad that I am finally back from my bg hiatus so that I can celebrate this with him :sob: :sob: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: I love Leedo so much so being able to celebrate his special day is giving me such a serotonin boost !!! Anyways, as you probably already know - the concept of today's blog is about placing Leedo in different  kpop groups, which in that regard I am kind of cheating sense I am placing Leedo in a K-band rather than a kpop group but let's pretend that this counts okay ? :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: But hmm anyways... It took me a lot of thought before I could actually choose a group that I thought Leedo would fit in, at first I was even thinking of just sitting out this blog because I had no good ideas but after some thinking and some bopping out I came to the conclusion that Leedo would fit particularly well in the seriously underappreciated K-rock band IZ !!! :sob: :sob: :sob: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts:

So why would I put Leedo in IZ ? Well, firstly to understand my choice I will give those of you who aren't famliar with IZ a bit of background information on them as a band. IZ is 4 member k-band under Music K ent, the 4 are Hyunjun who is basically a one man band at this point being the leader, main rapper, lead vocalist & the lead guitarist. Jihoo who is the rhythm guitarist & the main vocal, Woosu the lead rapper and drummer of IZ & Junyoung the bassist of IZ :sob: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: I know this isn't what this blog is about but if you have never heard IZ's music I totally suggest you check out Eden, Angel & Final Kiss - those are some of my favourite IZ tracks !!! So why do I feel like Leedo would fit into IZ ? Well, of course IZ are a k-rock band so they have a certain grungy feel to them even if that isn't their concept overall that authentic rock quality just radiates from them as a group musically and member wise as well, something about Leedo has always given me rock vibes just as a person I find him very grungy and very " rock " like - the way that he carries himself just feels like he was meant to be in a rock band for whatever reason I know it probably doesn't make sense but for those of you who don't know here's a little history about me before I got into K-pop the only type of music I listen to was music on the " grungy " side of the spectrum - I mean we are talking punk, basically all forms of metal, screamo & of course rock music. And from that experience listening to that kind of music when I first saw Leedo, my brain instantly made some sort of weird connection attaching him to rock bands and groups I don't know if it's his personality or just something about his visuals but something about him really feels like a rockstar to me ??? I don't even know what it is that makes me feel that way about him but I guess it's just in the way that I perceive him.... ???? I just felt like he would always be at home in a rock band of some sort. But why IZ ? There are many k-rock bands out there so why put him in IZ ?

My reasoning, as weird as it may sound without me giving you my proper explanation - I wanted to put Leedo in IZ because of Hyunjun's & Jihoo's voices. As you are most likely probably aware - Leedo has a ridiculously deep voice - his voice is so deep that it almost sounds unrealistic to a certain extent. In stark contrast to his ridiculously deep voice Hyunjun and Jihoo both have rather elegantly high-pitched voices that leave a mark in your heart because of the way that they sound so different from most other voices due to them being higher pitched but in an appealing way. I think Leedo's deep voice and his heavenly and relaxing vocals would provide an extra atmospheric vibe to IZ's already amazing and impressive songs. I think his voice would add an extra layer of depth to their songs as a group because of the contrast between the voices of the two already vocalist and his voice, say for example - in Momento the chorus is an extremely heartfelt an impactful moment in the song and I can totally imagine Leedo lending his vocals to the chorus singing it in a duet with Jihoo which would provide an extra depth to the already movingly amazing chorus that the song has :sob: :sob: :point_right: :point_left: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: I just think Leedo's voice would be such a nice addition to IZ as a group and I feel like his deeper than the ocean vocals would be a beautiful addition to their music - Can anyone else who is a ILUV understand where I am coming from ? Or is it just me ? It's probably just me... :sob: :sob: :-1: :-1: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: As for positions within the group, it's fun to imagine Leedo playing an instrument but for some reason I feel like he would just hold a vocalist position...? Like a main vocalist position...? Honestly, we don't get to hear Leedo make use of his beautiful vocals enough in Oneus so I would hope that in IZ his vocals would be well exercised and used to their full extent. Though this is obviously never going to happen, it's still fun to think of and imagine :sob: :sob: :point_right: :point_left: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts:

First of all, I am very stoked to be participating in this birthday blog dedicated to Kim Geonhak aka Leedo - one of my biases in Oneus, the other being Seoho. Secondly, I did not expect for this section to be a challenge - but because I could visualize and perceive Leedo being and fitting in most male K-pop groups, it was a bit difficult. At first, I thought about choosing CIX because I just thought that the sound and vibe I got from CIX would match perfectly with Leedo. However, after some intense listening of Oneus's discography - I decided to choose ATEEZ and TXT. ATEEZ is a group that I have known since pre-debut when they basically had their survival show. From then till now, it is no doubt that the group has come a long way and have showcased many different sides of them - sexy, dark, cute etc. which brings us to the first reason as to why I chose ATEEZ as the group that Leedo could possibly debut in, if he was not part of Oneus. Similarly with TXT, they debuted with a track that showcased their youthful, refreshing side before surprising the world with their latest releases, which are a complete contrast to what we know from the . In addition to that, most of us will know this already, but Leedo is an all-rounder - he can sing, rap and dance - and based on what I've seen from him, he can elevate and change his vocal tone easily to match any style, genre or concept of song. From intense songs such as "Valkyrie" and "Twilight" to calmer-sounding songs such as "Red Thread" and "Bing Bing" - it's clear that Leedo can pull off any concept. ATEEZ is a group that are basically well-known for their dark, powerful concepts but have proven many times that they can basically pull off any concept as well, same with TXT. Both of these groups are unique in the sense that they don't mind switching up what they're known for, in order to please fans and go for something different hence why I can see Leedo in either of these groups.

From what I've seen collectively in ATEEZ, TXT and from Leedo, I just think that there is a clash between the individuals and know for a fact that they would work well together. I still that one Weekly Idol episode when Oneus and ATEEZ were on it together, and you could just see how comfortable the were with one another - especially through their behaviour and the way they didn't hesitate to crack any jokes with one another. It's clear as day that Leedo is more on the introverted side, so it did not surprise me at all when I discovered that his MBTI was ISFP, because he definitely is someone who is shy at first, but doesn't hesitate to reveal his crackhead side once he feels comfortable around someone, as conveyed clearly during that episode. Because of that, I do think that he would get along with Hongjoong the most in ATEEZ. Hongjoong just has this aura surrounding him, which makes people around him instantly feel comfortable - which doesn't surprise me that he's known as the father of the group. The two also have a lot in common - a similar MBTI personality type and they're both rappers in their respective groups. Some people may say that similar personalities clash and could cause more conflict than friendships, but in this particular case - I don't think that issue will arise. In TXT, I feel as if Leedo would get along with Yeonjun or Beomgyu the most? These two are undeniably more on the loud, confident side and based on what I've seen from individuals with introverted personality types in general, I just think that every introverted friend needs that extroverted ally to help bring them out of their shell - so for that reason, I just know that Leedo would get along with them really well - hence why I can see him as part of ATEEZ or TXT.

If I could put Leedo into another group, I think he would fit perfectly in ACE! ACE is a 5 member boy group from Beat Interactive, who are known for songs like "Undercover" and "Favorite Boys", and just recently had a comeback last month with a song called "Higher". ACE has two rappers, Wow and Byeongkwan, who each have very unique rap styles. However, both of them have a mid range tone when they rap, so adding in Leedo's deeper rap tone would bring a new color and even more unique style to ACE's rap line. Wow and Byeongkwan also sing, just like Leedo does in Oneus, so he would fit right in with their skill set. That would also balance out the group to have 3 vocalists and 3 rappers who also sing! One of my favorite things about ACE is their insane dancing skills and complex choreographies, and I think Leedo would be able to fit right in and slay their choreographies! ACE has also tried a variety of concepts, from hard hitting like "Savage" to more sentimental and sweet like "Clover". Seeing as Oneus has done similar concepts with their own music, I could see Leedo fitting in well in ACE's music videos and performances. ACE is also known for doing a lot of covers, both dance covers and vocal covers. We just saw Leedo do a cover of 2NE1's song "그리워해요", and I think he would get even more cover opportunities as a member of ACE! Overall, I think Leedo would be great in ACE, but since I obviously want him to stay in Oneus, I would definitely settle for (and completely fangirl over) an ACE x Oneus collab!

If Leedo did not debut in Oneus, one group’s style I would love to see him in is Imfact’s ! :microphone: ✦ I’ve been an IF for a few years now, and I feel like Leedo would match the rest of the group’s power that has such a good balance between bright and sexy >.< As Leedo is a 97 liner and Ungjae is 98, I know they would make such an iconic maknae line too ! While Leedo’s official position in Oneus is main rapper, he is also a vocalist and has been getting lots of vocal lines in recent comebacks. I think it would be fitting that in Imfact, Leedo has both of these positions as well, he would fit right into the rap line considering Jian and Ungjae are also really good vocalists despite being known for their rapping. Imfact’s debut song Lollipop has a colourful vibe that visually, suits Leedo like in A Song Written Easily or Bbusyeo eras ☘ :partly_sunny: The song itself though has a more modern dance beat sound to it with a fun choreography that adds a nice contrast which Leedo would own pretty well :star: :ring: I feel like in his debut, Leedo would mostly be portrayed as a rapper and really get to show off his husky voice which would complement the soft vocalists of Imfact well. Then there is also one of Imfact’s releases with The Light that I also think Leedo would match perfectly. The music video somewhat reminds me of Oneus’ Binary Code album with touches of No Diggity’s music video. It has a dark vibe to it yet their vocals feel so refreshing and warm at the same time. In this era, I would think Leedo would show off his vocals more while also having such a strong and charismatic stage presence during their promotions as I’m so in love with the stages this era ୨୧ Besides performing, I also think Leedo and Imfact’s personalities would mesh in kind of the same way that Leedo kinda clashes with Oneus ( in a good way lol ). At first, Leedo is one of the more calmer and relaxed , so he might stand out as a member who just deals with whatever they throw at him in a calm manner which is how he would act when Imfact does their crazy shenanigans and has their extra moments 🤣 :heartbeat: When Leedo warms up though, he can also just as easily be super excitable and bouncy, and so when the other are in need of a push or a laugh, Leedo can provide that to them to really bring the mood up 🤲🏻 :sunny: As Imfact debuted in 2016, it was also be interesting to see how Leedo was during that time considering he would only be 19. Leedo would definitely get shy a lot, especially around his fans and I feel like he would also be babied by the older in Imfact which would definitely be weird considering he is usually the member to be babying Oneus haha. While Leedo’s relationship with maknae Xion can be considered chaotic and silly at times, I feel like Leedo with maknae Ungjae would give off a totally different vibe and that they would get along like best friends rather than brothers who constantly tease each other. There would still be lots of funny moments though, and I can already see Ungjae being the type of person to bring out Leedo’s dorky side more 🪐 :sparkles: At times, Leedo might also act like the oldest, especially because it seems like the leader Jian is so full of energy and mischief when he feels like it. Leedo would balance out their crazy moments while also getting playfully scolded by his hyungs but also making them laugh in the process. It would definitely be a wild ride with such a fun mix of people :innocent: :heartpulse: Leedo is just that type of person to really bring out new sides in those around him, and of course he would still be amazing fans everywhere with his deep voice that shines more than all the stars. I had so much fun imagining what it would be like if Leedo had ed Imfact, and I hope he has the most amazing birthday. May he continue to have lots of fun and experience so many new things alongside Oneus, I love you Leedo :blossom: :hearts:

leedo is such a multi talented idol, from his abilities to rap, sing and dance he also has the presence of a professional and the charms of the best idol around. everything about leedo is perfect, he’s just an all rounder and that’s why i placed him in exo. exo is also a group full of multi talented idols and i think his presence would match perfectly with the rest of exo. from his stage presence and talents to his personality he would suit the atmosphere exo create on and off stage.

in all seriousness leedo’s deep tone rap and voice in general would suit with chanyeol’s deeper tone, they would be a rap duo made from the gods and just wow, also how his voice would contrast with the vocalists. chefs kiss. literally i can imagine him and baekhyun having a little back and forth in a song, hearing leedo’s beautiful deep voice with baekhyun’s honey vocals, i just want to hear that. i think he would suit their monster/lucky one era the most. starting with monster of course the visuals instantly made me think that leedo would embody that concept, the dark and deranged style just screams leedo’s dark visuals. also i’d love to see leedo do a retro funky concept like lucky one, since leedo is such a versatile idol he would really perfect these two differing styles at the same time. i find when leedo performs he puts his all into it and can be such a sight to see, your eyes gravitate to him on stage and exo always create these intricate and intense stages that you just fall in love with. leedo up there with them would make me scream and maybe die honestly, he would just capture the entirety of exo’s charms and really make a great addition!

To even imagine Leedo in B.A.P sends shivers down my spine :dash: - he seems like such a good fit for their more hardcore concept because Leedo himself is very charismatic and adds such energy to every Oneus song he performs, so to imagine his debut with B.A.P is undoubtedly possible! I came up for this one through B.A.P's songs like Wake me up and Honeymoon (my all time faves from them 🤏🏻) - tho different in vibe, they are both powerful message and every wise and i feel like as if Leedo would make a great addon for this (especially the rap line together with Zelo and Yongguk ugh, imagine the power) + he is also considered a good vocalist so together with other vocals from B.A.P - bliss! But ofc, he'd make a special touch to almost every theirs song to date! :heartbeat: Tho I'd be afraid I'd see him not that much knowing how B.A.P's former company treated them BUT I digress kfkdkv! After TS has thankfully shut down recently, moving companies and restarting it all, they'd be success and Leedo would shine much much differently than what we are seeing him through Oneus! It would be a pleasant surprise to see how greatly he can shift his image from different eras! :dash:

happiest smexy man geonhak day !! Idek where to start but this man literally got into my bias line without me even noticing when that happened, like how?! I'm still so confused but hmm, he's officially my second bias in oneus alongside hwanwoong, and I feel I'd become ot6 sooner or later, they're just cute bunch of babies, I can't stop showering my love for them! Anyways, since it's leedo day and we decided to put him in a group he might suit best, me being a second gen stan immediately thought of a group whose vibes leedo gets along with alot, and that's the sexc man group, 2pm ofcourse and wow they have 6 too, might as well put them all into a collab.

leedo has a very wide range of skills and can literally do everything from singing, dancing, rapping and what not. When I think of leedo I think of him as a very matured person but has a lot of cute and playful vibes too, which screams 2pm to me. 2pm are a group that debuted back in 2008 under jyp and have been active since then and also made a comeback recently! They're known to be a sexc man group because of how jaw dropping and manly each member is, while also being all rounders in the field. If I had to see leedo in one of 2pm's song, then I most likely want to see him do my house, like ... you get it?! I'd be so freaking speechless and probably give up on life the say it happens. 2pm ft. Leedo would be heavenly please, seeing him do 'my house' with oneus was well enough to have me bowing down to the man, and imagining him debut as a member of 2pm would be my end. THIS in particular had my wig fly away and I still can't find it :/ leedo's fault for being HELLA FINE and smexy TT his shoulder moves, the way his neck moved, just everything was perfection!! Oneus also did a cover of Heartbeat and leedo took over my 2pm bias wrecker taeccyeon's part and I WAS SCREAMING SO LOUD istg, if I wasn't alone at home watching that, I would have probably been kicked out/j. And the zombie makeup touches to that stage performance added an extra beauty overall. I how super junior's shindong commented on how leedo was born with the sexiness since not only he was so attractive while dancing but his voice made it feel that way and I couldn't have agreed even more to that statement. His style fits 2pm alot!!

I hope this did some justice of putting him into 2pm. I fangirled alot, but wow, the way I tried to tune it down lmao. Y'all better get him do some more 2pm content before I throw hands/j. but fr, I really want to see him do content with 2pm themselves and cry my eyes out day and night just re-watching the moment if it ever happens TT anyways, happy geonhak day once again! shower him with sm love!!

Leedo is very versatile, he would be able to fit into any group actually. Having strong rapping skills and pleasant singing vocals, this man just has it all. With that I chose to put him in Pentagon. Complementing this, Pentagon are very flexible with their concept, music, and style. Every song that comes out from them is new and original. I always find myself looking forward to their comebacks. I would imagine Leedo to fit in with them quite perfectly. He has this masculine image to him so I wouldn’t even bat an eye if he were in the group. Literally could be gym buddies with Hongseok for real. Ranging from simple and easy to follow to complicated and loaded, their choreographies are diverse which Leedo wouldn’t have a problem following with his dancing skills. Just picture him prancing along to Shine and then busting it down in Dr. BeBe hello? Not to mention just how cute he would look in Naughty Boy, I’m sobbing fam. Especially with his love for children, he is the perfect man truly. On the other hand, imagine the cool aesthetic and swag he has if he could perform Get That Drink. So cool sighs. Like no, even a collab with Oneus would do please. I am literally begging for some possibility at this point. Alas until it does happen, I can only dream. With that, I wish our amazing Leedo baby a wonderful birthday. I hope he has a fabulous time on his special day! ♡
