Sup.
My amino is pretty much on life at the moment. I've pulled out all the stops I can to boost activity:
•Icebreaker Challenges
•Temporary titles to whoever suggests a new theme for our challenges
•Chatrooms for the different types of stuff our Amino is about
And yet, still, a tumbleweed rolls through and crickets are chirping. Seriously, nothing. And I can rarely get my staff online to discuss stuff we need to accomplish. I sent out a broadcast a day ago and the notification said only 1 person viewed it. I was that one person. How do I boost activity while also keeping the active we have now?
Sincerely, a leader who is trying to essentially keep from pulling the plug on my own Amino.

This is the age old question that, sadly, plagues us all.
However, I've learned some things, and maybe I can help.
Let me start off that a few months ago my amino sufferer a drawback that dropped activity from 50 daily to 8 or less, this including my LARGE staff team of more than 10 . However, recently, my activity has gone back up. And here are the factors I believe tied into that.
Back when activity was higher there were a couple events that people were particular on, and a few rules under the events that people wished we had changed. So, we reworked the events and brought them back. That has brought our activity back up greatly. This included 3 new permanent chats and 1 temporary chat, along with activities that were known to be popular.
Secondly: I CHANGED MY STAFF TEAM!!!
My staff, like yours, had become VERY inactive. Not all of them, but enough. And: without explanation. This clearly brought down the moral of the amino, which is clearly understandable. Now, I have a staff team that is daily active((for the most part)), interacts with constantly, and have earned the respect and appreciation of our ((this is also helpful with conflicts)).
All in all, there is really only so much you, as a sole person, can do. You need the proper assistance of a moderation team, along with events that appeal to your particular audience, and it won't always be the type of event you would expect((learned that the hard way)).
So, long story short, you need to have faith in your , and make sure you're pleasing them, all groups are slightly different. And it may be time to look for a new team. There are plenty of active and willing leaders and curators here who can help you out. You just have to ask.
Thank you :)
