Help?

So uh.. Hello at first! I'm a small independent elf that could need some help maybe or advise..

What is my Job now..?

I'm a new leader of an amino and apparently I'm also the agent suddenly...

Yet here I am, not having a clue what, by the pancake, my job is.

The other leaders are barley active and I managed to get from daily 4 active up to about 30 at times yet I fear that's not enough.. and I did that while I was a curator..

Challenges? Contests?

People say I should plan a challenge but I can't think of a challenge anyone can do and with having barely anyone online, it's quiet hard. I've some ideas to motivate people, like rewarding them if they win a contest but again, I've no clue how I'm supposed to do that all. I thought of something like art, but again.. that's quiet hard. Id have to check if they're all really their work and not stolen and then I'd have to think of a way to grade those? Maybe the art that gets the most likes wins..? But again.. Not everyone is willing to share their art and I don't want to make someone sad or make them think they can't draw..

A greeting for new ?

I've seen at many amino's (also here) that new memebrs are being greeted like instantly.. is there a template or an advise for that? Like.. how can I do that too. I did that yesterday once to see how it goes.. but it felt rather blank and a way too quick greet, but the person thanked and I think to see that you're being noticed is a warm welcoming to a new amino. I think there's no such 'auto-message' thingy..

Guideline changes, shall I be asking the other leaders first...?

Are there any tips as in what I can do? I'm about to rewrite the guidelines since the previous leaders didn't really write their own but simply copy&paste the Amino Standart guidelines. And yet again... idk if I need to ask the other leaders as Agent but I think I have to, before I start editing anything. It's just really hard when you're more or less the only leader that's around 24/7 and has to look for everything...

Also

Is it possible for me to edit something on the amino eventhou I didn't create it? Or can that only be done by the very that created the amino? For example, creating a new topic for OC's only?

I'd love to hear someone's advise on this all..
