So, we've just reached the 20 member mark, and I already have a leader and a curator, plus the agent leader (me). I got a message about staff recruitment from a member, but at the time we barely had 12 so I just told them that once we can boost activity, we'll run leader/curator apps, but I think that's too early. When should I start leader/curator apps?
I'm currently putting in some icebreaker challenges so we can boost activity, as well as keeping up with consistent weekly events, but we're barely active.
What can I do to boost the activity without feeling like I'm forcing people to be active?

Our Amino has about 3000 and we can manage just fine with 2 active leaders and 2 active curators.
2 leaders and a curator is already plenty for an amino of that size. Unless you suddenly get a huge boost of activity you shouldn’t need to get more staff for at least 100 or so more as long as all your staff are active.
Maybe look for a leader or two ^^ just make sure they can be trusted, I don’t want anyone abusing their power on your amino!
3 staff at that amount? Too early, don't post it. I started to get folks on my staff team when I had 25-ish .
