So I went into Legend and made a GIF. But when I tried to save it as a GIF it didn’t give me those options. And if I save it to files I can’t post it on Amino. When I try to copy it, it isn’t a GIF.

If you have Cloud, click files and cloud should be there. Once you select it, a message should say it arrived.
On your phone click the files app and the gif should be saved in your phone Cloud. Just it from there and it should work like any other photo or gif. I can help clarify if need be.
If you save it as a video, you can convert it to a gif using ezgif. That's how I do it.
Also it doesn't have a watermark or anything
If you gif viewer it will give you an option to save it there. Then go to gif viewer and then you can save it to your photos there and to amino
I had the same issue. I got around it though by just mailing the gif to myself and saving the image from their
