Intro

Welcome to my first post about my favourite fandoms that I am in! The first fandom that I will be posting about it the Furry Fandom. The furry fandom is something that I just started getting into this year. I really like the cute little fursuits that they wear and the masks are just wonderful. They are misjudged just like me and that's why I really got into fandom!

01: What is a furry?

According to Google a Furry is an enthusiast for animal characters with human attributes, a person who dresses up in costume as this type of a character or uses one as an avatar online in places such as Tiktok. A Furry is not a zoophile!! A Furry is not a person who acts like an animal extensively. They are human being who dress like animals.

02: How did the Furries start?

According to Google the furry fandom roots back into the early-to-mid-1980s, when a group of sci-fi con attendees who bonded over human-like animals organized room parties devoted to their mutual interest before splintering off to form their own event.

03: Why do we need to know about Furries?

Furries are being hated on for what they like. Which is wrong because that's like saying we shouldn't like people for who they are. The people who dress like animals dress as what they love. They don't act like them when it comes to eating or living. They dress in expensive fursuits because some of them struggle to accept themselves. When they dress it's like coming out of the closet and being proud. The LGBTQIA+ community and furry communtiy ia being judged for who they are. This is wrong!

05: What is happening on May 25th?

On May 25th there is going to be an event that will help the Furry Fandom come out and say "Hey! I love Furries!".

06: What does it say in the image?

07: What is the background of the title image?

The image has the pansexual flag which is a sexuality that is part of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. The three colours of the flag are pink, blue, and yellow. The background and the was all in a Picrew maker. An easy way to get to Picrew is go to Google and type Picrew.me.

08: What is pansexuality?

Pansexuality is, according to Google, sexual, romantic, or emotional attraction towards people regardless of their sex or gender identity. Pansexual people may refer to themselves as gender-blind, asserting that gender and sex are not determining criteria in their romantic or sexual attraction to others. Pansexual people just don't care about gender and/or gender identity when it comes to relationships.

Furries and the LGBTQIA+ are all humans and must be treated like them!
