My name is Emi. My hobbies include watching anime and YouTube, reading webtoons, and drawing. Recently I have fallen out of drawing, but I plan on getting back into it soon. My favourite Webtoons include Virgo and the Sparklings, Hooky, EMPYREA, A Good Day to be a Dog, True Beauty, LOST in TRANSLATION, and Forever My Love. Lastly I live in Canada in the EST time zone.

II. Why do you want to be a curator?

I have been apart of this community for a pretty long time, I have seen how it has been growing recently. With growth comes new , who do not know the guidelines. This has lead to an increase in rule breaking posts, and I would love to help out.

III. What is your favorite [guideline]? Why?

This question was difficult since so many of the rules on this amino are important, like the rules regarding harassment and bullying. I chose this rule since it’s important, but sometimes forgotten or not in place on other aminos.

Spoilers can really ruin an experience for some, in addition gore can be nauseating to some . It’s important that when are scrolling through the feed that they do not unwillingly come across this. Some newer to amino may forget that the second and third picture also appear in the feed, so I’m glad that three pictures are specified.

IV. What is your least favorite [guideline]? Why?

❝Advertising anything that isn't a Webtoon (or a Webtoon related YouTube video) is prohibited here. This includes other communities and social media, even if it's based on a Webtoon.❞

I understand why we have this rule in place, however it feels unclear to what exactly counts as advertising, regarding social media. For example, if I were to say make a theory post based on an answer from a Q&A on the Webtoon creator’s instagram story. And at the end I link to it as a source and mention they post a lot of good art there too, would it count as an ment and be objective to a disable.

I would like to help the community by making all our new and old feel safe, welcomed, and accepted. Also by helping out our with any questions, advice, and recommendations.

I wanted to an amino and I had recently gotten into webtoons, it seemed like a pretty good topic, so I decided to a webtoon amino. I chose this one since it seemed to have the most and activity.

I would consider myself pretty active, I am on the amino at least 20 minutes a day, and have not missed a check in since ing.

IX. What are some ways that you think we could improve this Amino?

I think one way the community could improve would be through more challenges, and/or more advertising of our current lesser-known challenges (example: rainbow challenge, Alphabet challenge). I think challenges are a great way to engage and keep the community active.
