You find two disrespecting the staff in one chat, what would you do?

•I would immediately give them a warning but if they continue to disrespect the staff I'll give them a strike and remove them from the chat•

One has made a huge deal out of one little thing causing the whole Amino to panic, the other staff aren’t online, what would you do to handle or neutralize the situation until a Leader comes on?

•I would make a post telling everyone to come down and explaining why not to panic that it was only a little thing, nothing big and that the situation will be resolved once a leader comes in and to be patient and not make anymore post about the matter and talk to the people who were involved until a leader comes in•
