The Western Conference keeps getting better every season with a loaded amount of teams showing signs of promise and unfortunately this season hasn't been pleasant for the two Play-In teams last season in the Sacramento Kings and the New Orleans Pelicans and so far there's been talk about possibly blowing things up and start over.
So, which team will more likely to blow it up? Pelicans or Kings? Whatchu got?
