Team And Player Accolades

This Oklahoma City Thunder team was the 4th season of the team being in Oklahoma. James Harden won 6man of the year, while Westbrook and Durant made the all-star game. Durant also happened to win himself another scoring title, while making the NBA first team, and Westbrook made the all second team. Ibaka led the league in blocks, and was on the all defensive first team. The Thunder finished with a 47-19 record, second best in the west, however, the season was shortened by a lockout. They swept the defending champs Dallas in the first round of the playoffs, then defeated the Lakers in 5 games while beating San Antonio in 6 games. They made then finals and faced the Miami Heat. Unfortunately, they lost in a 5 game series.

The only players that still happen to be on this team, are Nick Collison and Russell Westbrook. Kevin Durant signed with the Golden State Warriors, James Harden was traded to the Houston Rockets, Reggie Jackson to the Detroit Pistons, and Serge Ibaka was traded to the Orlando Magic who traded him to the Toronto Raptors. Cole Aldrich is now in Minnesota, and Kendrick Perkins was traded to Cleveland then retired. Nazr Mohammed and Derek Fisher have retired, Eric Maynor is a free agenta long with Daequan Cook, Royal Ivey, Ryan Reid and Lazar Hayward.
