So on June 16th @ 9:12pm I said my last goodbyes to my best friend of 14 years. She was adopted at the age of 4 in Southern California.

She was my world. She was my heart dog and I’m being honest here when I say I don’t think I’ve ever loved a dog as much as I loved her. She was a family dog and when I moved out to live on my own life and visit often, my dad cared for her. She was his baby too.

with her still living and I was out on my own I wanted a dog and I got charger to have at my own home. Charger is an amazing dog and I love him more than anything. But please take no offense, I didn’t love him enough. Since Bella was still around when I got charger I wanted to make sure it was okay to have him, so after adopting him I went to my dads home and let them meet. Now Bella was never fond of dogs and she may have been 18 years old but she came back to life when seeing him and jumping around and running just to play and Charger was so gentle with her. As I was leaving Bella gave Charger a lick on the muzzle and she barked. To me that was her saying it was okay.

Now after Bella’s ing Charger has become a lot more attentive and loving just like Bella was. He’s goofy in his own way and I personally think Bella told him to take care of me cause she knew her time was coming.

My dad came over today and dropped off a memorial piece for me that he had received, and it’s her paw-print impression with a stand and a letter from our vet they had sent with it.
