His Story

Dipper originally was just a regular Eevee that was with his siblings, just minding their own business, when grunts of [Insert Evil Organization Here] separated him from his family. The grunts took them into one of their bases and started experimenting on him, trying to make a weapon(or at least a profit) out of him. Poor Dipper was secluded in the base, being a lab Rattata to all of their syringes of unknown origins. Months had past when the organization thought they could try to evolve Dipper by exposing him with a mossy rock that was nearby the base. He evolved, but because of the multiple shots of strange fluids, his appearance changed drastically from a regular Leafeon. He was then "trained" by being forced to battle fire and poison pokémon, battle after battle. When Dipper was overwhelmed by the forceful battling and fainted during one of the battles, he was ridiculed by the grunts and scientists, calling him a living failure. Not too long after that, police officers invaded the base, arrested the organization who were at the base and released the experimented victims to either the wild or nearby shelters if their health was too weak. Dipper was one of these pokémon who were released to the shelter, but he was still timid around humans from torture he had been through in the base. After months of being in the shelter, slowly recovering, he was released into the wild.
