Both Shiny Hippowdon and Shiny Male Hippopotas :sparkles: :sparkles: :sparkles:

Hello, hello! My Scarlet game started bugging as soon as the Blueberry Academy Update came out, so I temporarily moved back into Legends Arceus. I have already found a shiny Female Hippopotas, so this post is me going back and finishing the line up. No massive mass outbreaks, but I do have the shiny charm. The first one I managed to find was shiny Female Hippowdon in the Celestica Trail of the Coronet Highlands.

I named this one Mudflow. She has a Quirky nature. She’s 6’3” and 665.6 pounds. Good lord Mudflow was almost 666 pounds. She’s slightly shorter than average and just a touch heavier.

The next one is this shiny male Hippopotas that I will be evolving into the male Hippowdon. I found him in the Scarlet Bog of the Crimson Mirelands.

I named him Mudflat to match the other Hippowdon. He has a Calm nature. As a Hippopotas, he was 2’7” and 119 pounds.

No time to waste. It’s evolution time!

Mudflat is still Calm. He is now 6’7” and 721.5 pounds. He is the taller and heavier Hippowdon. He’s exactly the average height of a Hippowdon, but much heavier.

The final member of the line was found in the Gapejaw Bog of the Crimson Mirelands. He was a little close to that Alpha Hippowdon spawn.

I named him Sheldon. He has a Jolly nature. He’s 2’4” and 86.2 pounds. Sheldon is smaller than Bethany who is 2’6” and 90.5 pounds. They’re both massively underweight, PLEASE eat more sand

Here they all are hanging out. This line is now complete in my Shiny Living ‘Dex! The reason I count these gender differences instead of something like Wobboffet is because their entire color schemes and body patterns drastically change between male and female. It’s big enough of a visual difference for me to want to hunt all of them. I phased a couple of times on Female Hippopotas while trying to get the males, but I don’t have room for duplicates on this post. You’ll see them later
