                                 ஐ understands guidelines and

                                     moves like a part of the team.

                                 ஐ being helpful with community

                                       activities.

                                 ஐ not younger than 15 .

                           these are all requirements once

                            you get in the team.which means

                           you don't have to follow these

                           reqiuments ( except the age one )
