The scent of blood filled the air,the predator’s senses becoming overwhelmingly overcome with the need to hunt;the hunger and thrill of the kill.
Muse A was a monster,or so he believed as he wasn’t human but instead a carnivorous being that preyed upon them.
His life wasn’t glamorous by any means,none of his kind were in the area and he was alone although he didn’t complain about not having competition from bigger stronger monsters.
Following the alluring scent of the fresh meat they find a human has killed another,not seeming to have any problems with handling a corpse.
This concept had always perplexed the beast,how beings could so ruthlessly kill their own and without remorse or ittedly stupid reasons like sometimes the humans did.
Now normally A would take the easy combo meal but something about the killer made him hesitant..like the creatures heart was racing with something other than adrenaline.
