"Well Glenn?"

"Absolutely nothing Conner"

"I don't understand, the footage clearly shows those kids going in the apartment and not a single one of em came out. How is it possible for eight , fourteen year old boys to suddenly vanish in this apartment without a trace! " Conner huffed, frustration evident in his voice, one of those boys was his son. His desperation bled into frustration as he paved the empty apartment.

Other police officers were searching the apartment a quaint spot for two people, Little Tommy and his mother Jessica, it was summer break and he and his friends decided to play games while his mother was out for work.

But when she came home, didn't see her little boy and received frantic calls from other parents regarding their sons as well she called the police.

One of the cops, Officer Conner Maxwell came to the scene when his son George didn't come home. It was 12 in the evening already and panicked parents were gathered outside Jessica's apartment.

They searched everywhere, it wasn't possible for the boys to sneak out the window, they were located on the 8th floor and when the camera footage was viewed it clearly showed-- no signs of it being cut that after the boy's came parading in, chattering about the new game they bought at the local video game store -- they charged in Tommy's apartment and after that none of them ever came back out.

The apartment was untouched, the boy's shoes carelessly taken off by the entrance. Half drunk bottle of coca cola, chips, the plugged console--- nothing out of the ordinary but none of the boys could be seen.

"Check the footage again! See if it's been tampered with!" Conner barked at his partner who was about to refute, they checked the footage 8 times and they're trained to know whether it's been edited or if something was cropped.

"But--"

"I SAID GET TO IT! " Conner snapped and examined the room again he noticed a rectangular game packaging lying on the floor. It was nothing special-- it lacked design just a plain white background and words sprawled in a bloody font. It read;

Ghost Town

They say games had impact on people's live, it may provides comfort, sometimes adventure, thrill and maybe a lesson learned at the end. But what if a game becomes your entire life?

There was a man, he lurked town after town back in the 18th century. He had no Name but he had a title he called himself Game Master. He was a man cloaked in a jester's skin. Often making people holler in joy as he taught him to play the games he made. But there was always a catch, you see this Game Master was no mere man... He was a man who practiced dark arts.

Soul bound to the devil he chose to serve and every 40 years he would come again, a random city, a different continent and new games ready to play.

Those who played his games were unaware of the curse laced, they disappeared without a trace, trapped in his world, his own domain.

Where he let's them play his twisted games. And if he wins he gets to keep, their screaming souls for eternity.

Every time he appears his games fit the current hype, a board game and then it turned to a game for consoles and then.... Mobile games.

And after 40 years ed, devouring the souls of those innocent boys he had come again in search for newer victims.

8 unfortunate individuals encountered the Game Master's new trap.

The new game appeared one evening, precisely during 12 . It appeared as an Ad. Ghost Town, it read in bold capital letters.

Promising a great time and an eerie storyline that hooked these individuals perhaps out of curiosity, perhaps out of boredom the moment the application was installed...

It turned black....

And when they awoke again, they found themselves in a town as dead as the quiet night. They were scattered in different areas of the town, but they had only one goal and that is to Survive.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 : ///𝐑𝐄𝐒////

•Reliable and Grounded, they provide safety and an offensive and defensive advantage for the group. Plays a strong role of leadership. Hallucinations is their enemy, when they become too aggravated or if their gun has no more bullets a switch flips and they are under the trance of their own mind. Their bullets hold their state of mind.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦 : 𝐆𝐮𝐧

•Has five bullets, the less bullet remaining the more prone they are to hallucinations. Bullets can actively kill the Shades once hit on the head. Their bullets can be acquired from the Looter but only 5 bullets per day.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐫 : ///𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍////

•Guys they've played these games before!!! They literally have, trapped inside the game for who knows how long they are the remaining survivor out if the first group that fell victim Of the game. They are cursed by the game, they are burdened with the knowledge of the game but due to the game's powerful influence they could not tell the other players the important key points or locations because when the Survivor attempts to spoil them with their past knowledge they out before they could.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦 : 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚

•The camera reveals certain hidden ages that could not be seen by the naked eye. It is similar to a third eye, once the camera is pointed and snapped at a certain direction it reveals clues, ages, even hidden objects that can't be seen by human eyes alone.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐫𝐝 : ///𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍////

•The brains-fanatic of the group, they have a broad understanding of the area around them and is the only one who can read the map. The term Hate the game not the player applies to them, sometimes the map itself plays games and when this happens they could lead the group to their demise so they have to be extra careful in identifying the directions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐌𝐚𝐩

•The map is nothing but an empty paper--- for the other players of course. The nerd is able to see things on the map the others could not and in their case they see directions, however the map CAN lie. Especially under the influence of an entity. And sometimes it tricks the nerd by switching directions all of a sudden. The map is a key item of finding the sigils.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐭 : ///𝐑𝐄𝐒////

•The athletic, flexible and agile member of the group, due to their notable speed and their talent to slip through even the smallest of cracks they became they lure. Often the one to distract the Monsters and agitate them on purpose, leading the monsters away from the group and towards them instead. They have absolutely no sense of direction, they have a tendency of getting lost from the group if left unsupervised and have more than once led themselves to a dead end.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

•The flashlight can blind the Shades, when flashed by the unnecessary brightness the shades turn blind for 5 seconds which is enough time to place distance between the shades and the other players allowing the players to escape. The flashlight can blind multiple shades at once but be warned, this only agitates and provokes shades to violence and aggression and would most likely end up chasing the Bait out of anger. The flashlight has a limit, it's battery only allowing 8 flashes per day depending on the battery color. Red is 3, Blue is 5 , Yellow is 8 and Violet is 12. The battery can be acquired from the looter who's backpack seemed to reload necessities every 24 hours. The backpack only provides one battery per day and the color is random.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥 : ///𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍////

•The known fighter of the group, more impulsive and known to never go down without a fight. Naturally gifted with strong physique and if the adrenaline kicks too hard they shove back even harder. Prone to aggressive episodes and can cause harm to the group, their sanity is a very fragile thing. The more they fight the more erratic they become.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞

•Their knife cannot kill the Shades but can slow them down for 5 minutes if stabbed. This knife is unique, also having it's own drawbacks. The rebel can only use the ability Stab 10 times maximum per day and if used up the blade becomes dull and Ineffective. Around 7 to 8 stabs they become erratic and violent having certain episodes and around 9 and 10 they become akin to a rabid dog, going out of control and stabbing the other players in the process.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜 : ///𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍////

•The easily tired member, they are the mediator of the group and since their main purpose is to help the injured-- healing almost instantly it takes a toll on their stamina. The more severe the injury the faster their stamina depletes.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬

•They carry a medical kit, the kit can heal and treat wounds 10 times per day. Any more would only make the wound worst if the medical tried to heal another player when they already reached 10 times and at that time the medic's stamina would have already depleted.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫 : ///𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍////

•They are the practical kleptomaniac of the group. Without them the group has no supplies, somehow and someway at the right moment and time their back pack always has what they need. To lose them is to lose the key to freedom. They also have immense luck I'm finding random items outside the bag, like food, water, batteries and bullets but it depends purely on luck.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤

•Their bag is big. A hiking bag so naturally Looters are a lot more slower than the rest of the group. Their bags have an automatic refresh clock of 24 hours. Supplies unused would disappear and be replaced with the new supplies of the day. Food, water, batteries, bullets are naturally refreshed but their bags should be checked constantly in search for important items that may randomly appear depending on the situation, time and area and need.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 : ///𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍////

•They have to work closely with the nerd, thought the nerd points the location the guide, the ever resilient individual is the one who can find the 'keys' their com points them to the right direction to find important items that could help them advance. They are like a guiding light for horror game items.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬

•The com points at important directions, it may point at items they found, pieces of the sigils they're using, keys but the com works somewhat similar to the game Russian roulette because the results are random and the com had more than once pointed at directions without items or anything valuable but directly towards the player's doom. The com could have pointed them to a shade, a trap or a dead end it's never certain so trust at your own risk.

•Survive all 8 Days in Ghost Town, Take note that the challenges gets harder with every ing day.

•Collect 3 Sigils every day, failure to do so will result to punishment (a random curse given to a random player and the day restarts at the very beginning. If they get past that day with the complete sigils then the curse will be lifted.)

•Weight your risks carefully, your OC could die in the game. Each player has 3 lives in the entirety of the game. Lose all three it means you lose.
