My mom was bout to flush this tiny black spider down the toilet but it just was too cute so I " adopted" it , can I take care of it ?
Is it ok to keep a spider even if you know just a couple of things bout them ?

Yeah easy! :> Just get some food that's about 2/3rd of her size and feed it 1-2 times a week. ^-^ I'd put substrate and a few anchorpoints for her net in her enclosure, sticks or whatever. I started with a house spider from under my bed and now I have 6 small spiders and 3 (soon 4) tarantulas. x'D
If it is very tiny toothpicks will be fine :P be creative! It's fun to create enclosures. ^-^
Yeah, all you really need to know is to feed it every few days.
