"Markl"

Howl's Moving Castle

Markl is the apprentice of Howl, one of the most powerful wizard. Despite of his age, he became better and intelligent wizard at the end of the film.

He is supposed to be a teenager according to the "Howl's Moving Castle" book of Diana Wynne Jones but Studio Ghibli gave him a cute appearance which is remarkable about him.

Markl didn't fail me to aspire him. Although he seems serious and strict child at first, he proved himself that he have a good heart. Hisself bloomed open-arms.

What I love about him is he's the assurance of the film. He reminded Sophie, friended with Heen and Turnip Head, took care of The Witch of the West and, obeyed Master Howl. He love all the of the family and accept them for who and what they are. He made me love him because of his true kindness. He's just a child but a matured and adorable one.
