I made a journal spread regarding moments.

Sometimes, we missed some moments or opportunities because we didn't focus on what's in the present. Time is the enemy; it es through so quickly. Slow down and enjoy what's in the plate for today.

Have you rested this week? When is your last good rest? If you are having many worries, feeling restless and burnt out, please rest; you need some. It doesn't mean you are not productive, you are worthless. There are days we must enjoy moments rather than working. Slow down our pace so that we can make more satisfying work the next time we do something.

I want to share how to have a good rest.

♡ Stop doing your routine for a while if you have. Try to free your mind to the things you want or need to do. If you can, avoid planning. Sometimes, being spontaneous is fun! If ever you things you want to accomplish, put it in a sheet of paper and free you mind from worries.

♡ Take a time to meditate. Try to condition yourself that you are in rest. Also, reflect on the works you are doing - are they really important or not - such questions that will lighten your burden. In your spiritual means, try to have a devotion or quiet time where you pray and read the Scripture.

♡ Bring out your favorite TV show, series, or movies. Eat your favorite foods. Pick out your best clothes. Use your favorite scent. Small things can also brighten the day.

♡ Do reading, cleaning, or anything that will make you feel better and happier. If you enjoy journaling, let your creativity out! Make spreads and enjoy the process. Make the day your refreshment day because everyday is not a good day.

♡ Have your bed sheet replaced with a new one. Have a hot shower. Let your mind space out. Turn off your mobile devices if possible. Sleep early so that you will feel enegized for the next day, ready to fight again.

It is normal to have restless days but limit it. Take care of ourselves so that we may live healthier and free from too much stress.
