what is a curator?

     a curator helps out the leaders with moder-

     ation around the community. they look for

     posts to feature, disable posts that go against

     our guidelines, keep an eye on public chats,

     create challenges and much more.

what do we expect of you?

     being a curator isn't an easy job. we expect

     you to be mature and look at things objec-

     tively. you know your way around the comm-

     unity and have a clear understanding of our

     [Guidelines].

     you are kind and respectful to all .

     with questions might come to you

     for help, and you should be able to help them

     in a kind manner.

     you are able to work in a team, since you'll

     be working alongside our current curators

     and leaders, as well as our thousands of

     monthly active .

     we expect you to be active daily, but we also

     understand everyone has their own life, so

     being a little less active some days is fine.

     but, if you think you'll be too busy very soon,

     please reconsider applying.

     being a curator is completely voluntary. being

     a curator does not put you above anyone else.

     do not apply if you're only doing this for the

     title. being a curator brings a lot of respons-

     ibilities.

requirements

     • you are at least 13 years old

             amino is officially a 13+ app, so we'd like

             our curators to be at least 13 as well.

     • you are at least level 7

             this shows us that you've been in the

             community for a while to know how things

             go here.

     • you have read our [Guidelines] and

        understand them.

     • you have a basic understanding of the

       english language and can confidently have

       conversations with it.

when will applications close?

     in two weeks, august 23rd.

how many people are you looking for?

     3 to 5.

how do i get link to my profile?

     tap on the three dots in the corner of your

     profile, then tap "copy link".

where can i see how much time i spend online?

     under "achievements" on your profile. tap on

     the box that displays your check-in streak.

am i allowed to sumbit more than one form?

     please fill out the form carefully to avoid need-

     ing to submit another form. if you changed

     your mind about some answers, or applying

     as a whole, please message me.

when/how will i hear if i got the position?

     the selected applicants will be privately

     messaged soon after the applications close.

     i cannot give you a set date yet. soon after

     the new curators have been messaged and

     have accepted their position, there will be a

     post announcing them.

how can i know if you got my application?

     if you hit submit and you get a message say-

     ing something like, "thanks for applying", we

     got your application.
