Greetings everyone, it’s Ms. Flames, and today I’m going to do the Growth Challenge, more specifically, the last week of the challenge.

What are you goals for the next academic year?

1. I’m planning on studying more times a day and neglecting my phone;

2. I want to get an A in History since I’m almost there;

3. Improve my physical condition in of PE class.

4. Get everything ready for summer school in Cambridge that I’m going to attend next year.

How do you plan on achieving them?

1. By using the: “Focus Me” and “Forest” studying apps which enable you to play games while studying, otherwise your little plant dies;

2. It relates to the first one, if I can spend less time with my phone I’ll be able to spend more of it studying. And I can also prepare for the tests a few weeks earlier instead of the day before :joy: ;

3. Because I had dislocated my knee and was unable to do any physical activities for about 8 months of course I got a little more fat and stuff, so I want to work on getting my shape back. I already talked to my parents and I think they’ll enrole me on a gym with a personal trainer;

4. Yes, I’m really excited for it! And I’ll get everything in order with notes and e-mails.

What goals did you achieve last year?

I actually don’t think I’ve achieved many but I did achieve one of them, which was getting the excellency certificate, which only three of my classmates got this year including me. For it you need a certain number of As and nothing bellow B.

What goal from last year are you going to work on again this year?

All of these goals are new except the 3rd one.
