Hi! So I'm currently debating about which language I prefer to study first.
I learned chinese for 2 years after school but I only know the basics.
I learned korean on my own for about a year and a half.
I love kpop and wanna learn to speak korean because it is easier but I want to learn chinese because I already started and would like to finish.
I want to be fluent in the language I choose to learn in about 2 years.
And also, I'm currently a sophomore in high school and gonna have a pretty busy schedule.
(Sorry if there are grammar mistakes)

You will probably not be able to become fluent in Chinese in about 2 years--especially if you have a busy schedule--but I think it is possible with Korean.
Chinese would be good to know if you are going into business.
I'm electronic engineering major
Being a high school student I know how busy it gets. I myself am learning korean. Korean is way easier to learn and you’ve already studied it for a while so I think you should do korean and when you think you have enough free time, start learning Chinese

Oh not that far
I think that every language you learn can be useful. Both china and korea are dominant countries🤷🏻♀
Do Chinese. It will be more useful in the future than just listening to k pop or whatever.
