How do you keep focused?

Hey~

How do you guys stay focused? I have a really bad self control and I get distracted a lot.

I mean, my phone, the game I have on my tablet, the drawings I have to finish for my art classes and the book I am currently reading (A Court of Wings and Ruin)

I would recommend reading at night just before you sleep and in the morning when you wake up and not during the day when you study ,maybe during break times if you want

I’ve read the series your reading now,and I know how difficult it is to put the book down because it’s that good,so try not to get distracted :joy:

Thanks! I hardly ever have time to read, but sometimes I just forget about studying and grab it (really bad habit, I know). I will try!

I reward myself with a small treat after working on hw for a set of amount of time. For example: if I have to type a 5 page essay and it’s due in a week; I will break up the essay in parts and give my self breaks. My reward for each task I finish would be drawing something, watching my favorite show or spending time with friends.
