Today Ill be telling you how to stop procrastinating!!! I do this sometimes but I use these tips to help me out!!!

Sleeping is key! If your tired you will feel less motivated and you would feel like do anything but sleep. So getting a good night rest everyday can prevent this from happening! Go to bed earlier than you usally do. When you ready to take on a taskwhile not being drowsy and tired!
This is one of my favorites that helps Alot!

Making a list helps me narrow down What I have to do. It prevents me feeling crazy or feel like i have to do so much stuff! You can check things off once you done them. Making lists is my favorite thing! Lists can be replaced with check lists so you can check it off when your done!

Taking breaks is good. Even though your not doing anything but its good to relax every now and then. Make a schedule in when to take breaks will help with this. You can do something productive at this time like reading... Or not!!! You can watch youtube of course!! Ill be posting a what to do on breaks later on so follow me so you wont miss it!

Distractions are a big role in keeping people from doing what they need to do. Like your TV can be a big distraction and specially your phone. Theres an app called forest its in my apps post so check that out! It make sure you dont go another app like amino, YouTube or Instagram.
