My First Post ♡

Omai, my first post. Sorry if I'm weird hehe.

For my first post I'd like to share what I love studying, my favorite subject :D

I've been studying this subject since I could read.

This will probably be more of a post about learning about me in a way, but learning alittle something about someone can't do any harm, right?

My favorite subject is Marine Biology.

Really, learning about another world that us humans can't live in, is very fascinating.

I've always been amazed by it, and still is, always will be.

I have many favorite fishes but I'll list my most favorite, and tell my history. Let's begin. :heart:

Istiophorus (Sailfish)

My favorite ^-^

Istiophorus is the fastest fish as it's speed goes to 68mph.

I think it's such a beautiful creature. My favorite part about them is their dorsal fin (the fin on their backs).

Istiophorus normally eat such things like pelagic fish mackerels, needlefish, halfbeaks, and more.

Also, a Istiophorus life span is 5 to 7 years.

I first starting showing interest in learning about the ocean around age 6 or 7.

My dad used to study to be a Marine Biologist so he was all for me learning about Marine Biology at such a young age.

We started with small things, like little books with less big words. When I turned 9 years old, I started getting Marine Biology college books.

I got accepted to college when I was 12, started when I was 14.

I go to Barry University and I enjoy it there and haven't had a problem out of it once. :heart:

For anyone who is interested in Marine Biology, I suggest books by Peter Castro and Michael E. Huber.

If you search Castro Huber you'll find some of their books.

Their books are great, and very helpful.

I recommend them to any future Marine Biologist or anyone who is just interested in learning a bit about it.
