#mycareer challenge

♡ quick introduction ♡
─────« • ❁ • »─────
I am a German girl, wandering around for 16 years now and currently in junior year (11th class) :]

♡ Why do I wanted to try this challenge? ♡
─────« • ❁ • »─────
When I first saw the #mycareer challenge, I was totally hooked to do it myself. I kinda skipped the whole icebreaker thing and thought this
might be the perfect chance to close the gap. I love talking about my hopes and dreams and to picture my future, of course I like to listen
to those of others as well. It's such an inspiring and motivational topic, I could easily spend the rest of my life reading the blog entries of
other . Buuut I guess that'd have counterproductive effects on my own future career...
Instead of talking on and on, here's my implementation!

♡ What do I want to become? ♡
─────« • ❁ • »─────
I fancy to become a lawyer for international and european law someday to work in a big company regarding the contractual issues and
circumstances. I want to travel a lot, not to see the world but to work nearly everywhere and with lots of prosperous persons. That is in fact
the reason I decided to study international law instead of becoming a lawyer in my home country. My goal is to be successful and thriving more
than anything else, even more than finding the peace of mind. I want to work hard to make my family proud and to have a high reputation, even if
that means it's about to become a thrilling and challenging journey.

♡ What are my plans after graduation? ♡
─────« • ❁ • »─────
Since I am in 4th class I wanted to become a Lawyer. Being 9 years old I had no clue what it means to be a lawyer, but I thought they looked
cool so why not try it? Now, 6 years later, I still want to become a jurist. Over the years I made aproper consideration of my decision but no
matter how many other options I was showing careful thoughts to, I always ended up at the same place I started.
Now, to respond to the question above, when I graduate I want to go to a university for the first juridical state examination (9 semester /
4 ½ years) to get authorized to study international and european law in order to achieve my master of law (4 semester / 2 years).

♡ How am I working towards my career? ♡
─────« • ❁ • »─────
I am vigilant about having appropriate grades, last year I was the best student of the year and I am not intending to lose the title. This year,
my core subject in school is economics/ macroeconomics because I was told that we'd have jurisprudence lessons. I guess Felicitas wasn't with me,
because we are the first year of economic students for a couple of years that don't have jurisprudence lessons. Lucky me. Well, I have to work
with what's given so I am learning the basics of legislation on european courts on my own. A friend of mine wants to achieve the same thing and
in about a year he'll move to another city to study law, so whenever I need help or something alike I can easily ask him.

♡ Do I have any advise for people going into this career? ♡
─────« • ❁ • »─────
Since I'm not practising this profession only dreaming of it, I can only give inexpert advise. Since everyone keeps saying that you have to be
diligent and hardworking to pursue this career, I would entrust you with starting to work for it NOW. It doesn't matter how much time you
have left until you actually need to start; START NOW. It'll be a lot easier for you if you know what you're about to face within the next years,
furthermore you don't have to learn the basics, you'll just have to . It's less time consuming and while everyone's busy and
stressed, you can relax a bit and while drinking a cup of tea, you can enjoy the great view of seeing people running around panicking and
crying in fear.
Nearly everyone in this amino wants to continuously improve themselves, I am no exception. I am looking forward to get positive as well as
negative to improve my next posts and blog entries, so feel free to comment. ^-^
I hope you enjoyed reading my implementation and if you haven't got enough of this challenge, I strongly recommend you to read Semeriex's
post to that. :]

I also want to become a lawyer so this was a lot more interesting for me than other #mycareer I've seen. Also are there different courses if you want to become an lawyer out of your country?
I'm glad you like it, thank you! :cherry_blossom:
Yes, at least in my country there are some different courses e.g. law and economics (EMLE), human rights and democratisation, international taxation, Master of european and international law (MEIL) [<- that's what I want to study ☄], ...
Yes, do it! Whatever lights your spark.
You’re right about Studying Amino, it’s a place where everyone is working to improve themselves and I love that.
It’s always better to surround yourself with people interested in personal growth.
