Greeting people on the internet :sparkles: how are you doing today? Hopefully you ate doing well! Sparkle to your fullest potential today and everyday!

So today I would be helping you people with organisation which is one of the key elements to productivity! In this blog I would be telling you how to organise things as well as how to plan more efficiently, So let's start

1. HAVE A PLANNER

So this is pretty obvious, it need not be a fan planner with all those decorating and lettering although you can do that if you like :) it really depends on you. If you want to keep it simple then do that. The main use of this is to keep all your events in order so like write down whenever your teacher tells you like you have a test or exam. Or when you are traveling so two events don't clash. This can also help in keeping a daily to do list so that you don't forget tasks. You can also have a digital planner if you want.

2. HAVE A COLOUR CODE SYSTEM

This can be useful in many ways, you can colour code your notes by subjects or you can colour code your to do list from the highest priority to the lowest priority. You can also use wash tape to do this, like stick it at the side of your books according to subjects so you know without opening the book, which book is which subject (I hope that that made sense)

3. ORGANISE BY COLOUR / BRAND

So,when organising stationery you can store them by colour or brand so it would be easier for you to find a particular colour or brand that you are searching for, I also suggest to store them in clear containers so it would be easier to find out what is inside what. You can also keep the supplies that you use the most desperate so it would be easy to find them.

4. MAKE A LIST OF ALL THAT YOU NEED

So, on different days you might need different things, so make a list for the whole week for example on Monday you have P. E so you need the P. E clothes, sun screen etc or if you have art then you need the art supplies so to make sure that you don't miss out things you can write this and stick it near your work space so when you are packing, you are reminded of what is required. This can also be helpful when you are running late in the morning and did not pack your bag.

5. KEEP A POCKET DIARY

So, I totally do this and it is extremely helpful. If you don't want to take out your planner you can just quickly write the task down in your pocket diary. This can also be helpful to note down random bits of information you get throughout the day.
