There is a part in your brain called the ‘Anterior Cingulate Gyrus’. It helps (or maybe not helps you) in situations where bullying occurs. It can push you into fight or fright mode real quick or it can calm you down. Also, It is extremely important in our feeling of empathy. In situations where bullying occurs some people may went to know they why as to people bullying.

What Can We Do If We Are Being Bullied?

Well, for one thing, you can first tell someone you fully trust. Tell them and explain to them what the situation is and how it affects you. Then if you are cyber-bullied RBS. RBS stands for report, block, and shut down your phone/computer. Just walk away from the situation whether that's to physically walk or run away or to RBS. Watch out for your self.

How do I help someone that is being bullied?

First of all, inform them of what you learned in the first paragraph (RBS, tell someone, and walk away)! Also, most importantly, be their friend!! They need this the most right now.
