Stop!! Don't skip this section,

it's important. You can't live

off of tater tots forever.

Fruit

Quick, easy, and tasty. Look

what you have in the fridge

or fruit bowl, slice it up and

put it on a plate or in a bowl.

There we go, that chemistry

lab report doesn't look so bad

now.

Salad

Oh no, the dreaded vegetables.

Don't worry, these can taste good

too!! Chop up some carrots and

celery and put it with a pot of

hummus? Trust me, it tastes good.

Granola

Might not be quite as healthy as the

other two, but it still has fruit and fibre

so we'll go for it. You can eat it for

breakfast, and it's super easy to make

too. There's a recipe here!

Ice cream

If you really can't face studying

for a maths test, i dont blame

you. Make it easier with a

scoop of ice cream. If you

finish this chapter, you can go

get a bowl. Just don't eat so

much that it makes you sick.

Cakes, biscuits etc

Personally, I recommend brownies

so here's another recipe. These sort

sort of snacks are good for

short bursts as they are also quick,

and require no preparation (once

made or bought) so you can

maximise your study time

Smoothies!!!!!

Honestly, I love these so much.

Whatever fruit you own, shove it

in a blender with some fruit juice

or yogurt, and hey presto!! Good

for you, AND tasty. Here's a handy

chart I found [online|www.produceforkids.com/build-your-own-smoothie/]

Milkshakes

Also easy to make. You can buy

the weird powder, or you can

blend icecream, milk, and nutella

either for a more... realistic shake.

Tea and Coffee

Don't drink too much because

the caffeine isn't great for you,

and it can also increase stress.

Fine in small amounts, or of

course, you could drink decaf (ew)

of people's resolution is to get

healthier. Thanks for reading, see

you next time!! -rami

Fruit and nuts when I'm studying is the besttttt. Grapes are my fave since I don't have to bother cutting them up lol
