Nah jk. This blog is actually about the coffee and tea debate. I’m going to be talking about both of their positive and negative affects on our body and the general info about both beverages. I’ll tRy to not be biased.

although we already know which one is better

Ok imma stop waffling now.

𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 :coffee:

-improves energy levels and stimulates certain brain functions

-it has a lipolytic effect that promotes weight loss

-caffeine stimulates the use of fats for energy and thermogenesis, increasing the amount of calories burned

-contains innumerable nutrients: vitamin B2, B3, B5 and manganese. Minerals like potassium and magnesium are also included.

(so if your body lacks vitamins and minerals like mine just drink coffee 🙃)

-lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes

-helps prevent Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

-it’s packed with antioxidants which reduce inflammation and mortality risk.

𝐭𝐞𝐚 :tea:

-improves your mood: reduces depression

-awakens your metabolism and helps to lose weight

-lowers cholesterol levels

-stimulates the renal functions

-good for blood pressure and it also reduces sugar levels in the blood

-reduces risks of heart attack

-protects teeth

𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 :coffee:

-Coffee containing caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting and breathing rate.

-Consuming large amounts of coffee might also cause headaches, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.

-An increased intake of coffee can dehydrate your body and show up as dullness of skin, rough patches on your face or fatigue.

-People may develop rhabdomyolysis, or the breakdown of damaged muscle, after they ingest large amounts of caffeine.

(Therefore limit your daily intake)

-Although caffeine provides energy, it can indirectly lead to fatigue when its effects wear off.

𝐭𝐞𝐚 :tea:

-Caffeine in tea can lead to a mild diuretic effect if taken excessively. It can also cause sleep disorders.

-Consuming too much of tea can lead to sleep disruption, restlessness, anxiety and increased heart rate.

-Excess consumption of tea may hinder absorption of essential nutrients.

-Consuming tea in excess leads to dehydration.

-It may lead to cardiovascular problems.

Honestly it’s your preference, whichever you think is the best. Like you do you boo.

But make sure to limit your consumption of both beverages. I personally prefer coffee as I grew up with it. My dad is completely addicted to it; he has a whole cabinet dedicated to it and I just take it from there. Additionally, whilst growing up in Italy I had like 7 cafes near my house where I used to go everyday (literally) so it became a regime for me.

Well it is time for me to conclude and say adios. Ngl I slept half way while writing this blog, I tried my best to make it as exceptional as it could be but I pretty much gave up. Although the final result is quite standard so I’m not that mad about it.

                      Bye lovelies :two_hearts:

The next blog will most likely be after 372 months later so ciao ciao~
