Hello! So last week, a local stationary store where I live had Zebra Mildliners on sale for Black Friday so I purchased 3 packs and finally found the time to do a review on them.
So here are all of the colors I purchased. They didn’t originally come in this order (rainbow.)
And here are the swatches I made. I’m not sure if you can really tell in the photo, but they’re a bit grainy (much more than I prefer) but most of the colors show up really well and look amazing! Personally, my favorite two would be the teal/turquoise color and the purple/blue one.
I had to test them out, obviously. The top two are what they look like with gel type pens. I used the Pentel Energel with a .7mm tip. The first one is how it looks immediately after writing with it and the second is how it looks after waiting 10 seconds to go over it with the highlighter.
The second half is with a Sharpie Pen (more quickly drying pen.) Just like with the top two (Energel,) the first test with the Sharpie Pen is what it looks like going over it with highlighter as soon as you’ve written on the paper, and the last one is what it looks like after waiting 10 seconds.
And this is what the ghosting and bleed through looks like. It’s not too bad but probably wouldn’t be as obvious on nicer or thicker paper.
