Should I Stem Propogate My Moonstone?

So I wanted to do updates on my succulents, these are first ever ones I bought and I check on this a lot and I haven’t watered them since like two-three weeks I think they’re fine for now since it’s getting colder.

Sorry for the shaky camera it’s broken on the underside :sob:

Also it would be really nice if someone can tell me if my moonstone will be alright and should I just stem propagate? And if I should where should I cut it at? I also noticed a little budding near one of the leaves at the top I wonder what going on there 🤷‍♀ I don’t feel too worried it’s probably just a new bud being formed. But, the top of it is really dry, and it’s dark at the stem I was guess it was just the dirt but I was really worried that I didn’t repot it right when I was putting it in the proper soil.

Should just stem propagate it, idk if it’ll be successful since it’s fall and I’m in the northern hemisphere.

I actually watered them hours before I posted this. I noticed that the soil was super super dry and I even did a check at the bottom of the pot and most of the soil literally came out and it was just all in crumbles and it was really dry, it has been a while so I thought it would be right to do that 🧎

Lastly, at my age I don’t have a job yet and I’m trying to get a small job where I can save up and buy grow lights and a moisture check thing, since my succulents are still thriving and since it’s my first time with succulents and I’m not trying to fail. For once I want a job for another living thing :joy: :sparkles:
