4 of swords is often an indication of rest and rejuvenation. Hanged man also usually indicates a well needed pause to regain perspective. Reversed the energy is blocked. I’d say this is indicating a situation where a step back is needed but unable to occur due to resistance and/or overwhelm. Unable to rest or unwilling to pause. Overthinking is likely or negative thinking due to swords representing thoughts and communication, but the 4 of swords is more a isolated or alone card (not in a bad way when upright) 10 of swords in the reversed would say maybe healing but as a blockage possibly unhealthy, so someone who needs to rest and recharge or process even after heartbreak or strife. Instead is choosing to drown everything out by overdoing it or being overly positive or refusing to see a different perspective or way of looking at things. “Forced positivity” or trying hard to move on or refusing to let go. Essentially unable to engage in what will actually help them. Or simply overthinking and overwhelm unable to put an end, walk away, leave baggage or change the viewpoint maybe.

Definitely gives "let me just lay here" vibes. Burn-out and anxiety about burn-out. Possibly even physical sickness because of pushing too hard for too long

Overall this is a negative reading, the reversed 4 of swords describes the situation, things like a querrel with ur lover or loss in some legal affairs maybe even slander.

The hanged man would normally represent wisdom, a wisdom that is not considered a norm in some cases, since it's reversed let's say it's "involuntary" submission to this, like the circumstances are forced onto you and it seems that you have no way to stop it from happening

The 10 of swords gives a summary, i.e failure and ruin.

Thank you for your comment! For a bit of info, Swords tend to be a negative aspect when they're upright, 1 being the lowest and bit more positive and then it adds up to being more negative as it goes up in numbers to 10 of Swords  so, the reverse position of the 10 of Swords is the opposite of when it's upright, in a sense, in this case, its a bit more around the indication that its rock bottom and nowhere else to go, but to pick up one's self and go back up from rock bottom. Ya got it pretty well for a beginner
