Why are you applying?
Well I seem to be aware of new before the committee gets to them. Also someone recommended I give it a go since I had done a good job at welcoming new so far.
Why do you think you'll be a good addition?
I have a tendency to make people feel welcome or at home. Even despite getting constant hate for my content I refrain from insults and simply be kind to them. So I am more than positive I can do the job right if you instruct me and give me a chance.

I think the animation could be done in last frames with a little more squash and stretch

Where when the character is making Fast motions there is a blur in between frames to skip them sort of and give the illusion that their arm is moving quicker or whatever is moving
