Hollis is my pookie :pray: She's one of my Moonshadow elf OCs that I've had for awhile but literally never mentioned here before :sob: :pray: i literally have like 58 TDP OCs but only ever talk about two of them :sob: because this amino is kinda dead, and also it's a hassle to make my OCs wikis on here now because amino always crashes because my wikis end up way too long :skull: so i just store them elsewhere now,, but I love Hollis so here's some Hollis content for your enjoyment :+1:

•The name Hollis means "dwells around holly trees" and I thought it was cute and pretty :pray: I also thought it was fitting because I wanted Hollis to have red eyes, and holly trees have red berries, so it worked out perfectly :muscle:

Hollis works as a guard and scout in the Hollow Wood, which is a canon Moonshadow elf settlement in the TDP wiki. She likes her job, but her coworkers make it difficult :sob: I have a group of Moonshadow OCs that are all guards, and Hollis is a part of that group, and she gets annoyed by her coworkers goofing off all the time :skull: She's the oldest among them, so she tries to keep them in line, but it doesn't work very well because they're stupid and don't listen. Her only coworker that she really likes is my OC Lark,, they're friends and get along pretty well :pray: and Lark is usually kinda like Hollis's second in command whenever they have to go out on scouting missions. She and Lark bonded because they both have complex relationships with their moms, and also because they both struggle with socializing because they tend to be blunt, which other elves see as rude, but they find it easy to understand each other :pray:

•She is trans :+1: and a lesbian

•She is about 60 years old, but for a Moonshadow elf I'd imagine that's not considered anywhere close to old yet,, idk bro elf ages are weird :sob:

•Her pupils are kinda narrow and sharp and cat-like—it's a feature that I've decided to give to all of my Moonshadow elf OCs :smiling_imp: Because Moonshadow elves are probably naturally nocturnal, so they would need eyes that let them see in the dark. I also just think it's just fun to give my elf OCs non-human features to make them a little more different than humans :pray:

•She has a huge scar across her stomach from where she got stabbed once, but it's not visible because of her clothes

•She's dyslexic 🤯

•She had a Moonshadow girlfriend named Amorette until Amorette unfortunately died :pensive: but Hollis adored Amorette while she was alive :pray: and Amorette's death was devastating for Hollis :broken_heart: Hollis still has all of Amorette's stuff in her home and hasn't been able to move it or mess with it because it upsets her :broken_heart: And when she has visitors over she gets kinda upset if anyone tries to sit in Amorette's old seat at the dining room table or on the couch :broken_heart:

•Amorette was great at cooking but bad at baking, meanwhile Hollis was great at baking but bad at cooking, so Amorette would cook all of their meals and then Hollis would do the dishes and make dessert for them :pray: Hollis also liked to make extra desserts to bring to Amorette while Amorette was at work 🫶

•Hollis picked out her own new name after realizing she was trans, but it took her forever to settle on a name because she was indecisive and kept getting frustrated :sob: but she's happy with her name now

•Her coworkers think it's funny to call her "Jolly Holly" as a joke, because Hollis is the opposite of jolly and gets mad at them all the time :sob: :skull: She gets so pissed off by the nickname :sob: she literally despises it

the nickname also makes her kinda sad because Amorette used to call her Holly as a nickname before she died :pensive: :broken_heart:

•Amorette's name means "little love", so Hollis always called Amorette "love" as a nickname :pray: they were so cute together i feel bad for killing off Amorette :sob: :pray: Rip bro

•The moon hair clip in Hollis' hair was a gift from Amorette

•she has a scar on her cheek but it's barely visible

•She likes baking, nature and hiking, playing darts, solving puzzles, sparring, and oatmeal raisin cookies

•She dislikes guessing, riddles, multitasking, repetitive sounds, reading aloud, bright lights, and nosy people
