I don't know If I'm much help but Since you're on Ibis (I think) on Your Search engine look up "Freckles Ibis paint brush" and there should be some to choose from

Usually freckles aren't symmetrical (if that's what you're referring to??). Also, maybe try having more freckles, make them smaller, blurring them slightly. And maybe add a color to it which is slightly darker and saturated compared to the base skin color.
