Does anyone know if we're allowed to do au adopts? Or if their a thing?

Hello, I currently have an AU I'm looking to adopt out as I dont plan on using it or making content of it.

I'm not sure if AU adopts are a thing or are frowned apon. So thank you to anyone who would like to clear this up for me.

(It would be bought through amino coins)
