Fairydust Among The Stars | Outerkeep Toriel + Speedpaint

You know that event that was a long time ago? The Kingdom Event? Yeah this is my super late entry to that.

I’ve just been really busy, sorry.

But anyways. I seeing that event and I saw that Goat Mama was one of the characters that didn’t have an official design yet. And to be honest, I’m such a sucker for fluffy and regal things.

I took some references from the official Outertale and Underkeep designs but I did end up mixing them for something entirely new!

I really like the constellations on her dress and the fairy wings in the background that seem to give her just that much more of a mystical vibe. The dress, just, the overall way it turned out is so pleasing to me, especially because I suck at drawing the flows.
