Yes he would be part of an

akatsuki clan and no he wo

-uldn't be tobi.Tobi is just my

favorite member from the clan

and tobi isn't a character that

would represent him. If anything

sasori represents him close enough

but it would be a hassle to draw kaji

controlling puppets and kaji isn't

that type of person either lol.
