Hoi guys this is Rei she's a character heavily based of me. (expect the dragon horns and tail) I made her based of me and my insecurities and she wears my comfort clothes (a over sided hoodie and socks) she's an artist (because she's based of me) and has eye bags (because sleep deprived) and yes I get some people might wanna draw her but please ask first and I MIGHT let you the reason I only might is because she's my comfort character and I don't want people to just draw her without asking and getting my permission first.
