Heath was born in a previously destroyed AU, which had turned into a sort of void. He had been alone for three years and didn't know anyone else existed until his first and closest friend appeared out of nowhere, Muscadine.

After sometime of being startled by someone showing up after being alone for so long, he immediately got attached to him, and wouldn't leave his side no matter what.

After exploring this void for a couple hours or so, a colour other than white appeared in the distance, and the two approached it, to discover that it was a small house, looked like a cabin even. No water though, just a house in the middle of nowhere.

They went inside and started to acquaint themselves with the moderately large house, and discovered that there was five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a boiler room with a working washer and dryer, a medium/small kitchen with barstools over the bar, and quite the large living room. Heath and Muscadine decided they were going to stay in this strange house in this strange Void-AU, and got to know each other.

Heath, upon discovering that they weren't the only person in existence, wanted to meet new people, 'all the people'. Muscadine was hesitant, but agreed, and Muscadine had shown Heath how his powers work, specifically how to use his magic to create a tracker of sorts. Muscadine made a portal to where the tracker had led them, and were found in a forest near some version of Snowdin.

Heath was the second one that my mum helped me with, but she only helped in choosing the characters (Killer and Geno). His design was straight off the bat, had it in my head for a while, his name was eventually obvious to me, and I love em'.

Also, I realized this maybe about a week or so ago, technically if they were created/born under normal circumstances and were in the Momma CQ universe, they would be cousins...

But they're not so eh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
