Beat Undertale Yellow Martlet Genocide at LV 13

I just beat Martlet at LV 13, like Clover didn't win all that LV against Axis, it was easier than i thought, it only took 1 hour. I changed the LV, and all the other traits except the attack, as the damage is negligible at LV 13.
