Hand-knit Frisk Sweater (It's finally done!)

You can't believe how happy I am that I actually managed to finish this on my own!

This was my first time knitting a sweater, and it was somehow both easier and harder than I expected. Since I'm not too skilled with knitting, I just used a simple stocking stitch(? I hope that's the right term) for the main part of the sweater, and then I would just watch TV or Youtube videos while knitting to not get bored.

The collar was the part I had the most trouble with - I messed up the pattern three times and had to redo the last few rounds each time. Then my knitting needle broke halfway through and I didn't have a spare one, so I kept working with a taped-together needle xD

Time taken:

I didn't really time myself for most of the process, but I would estimate that knitting and sewing together took me about 45-55 hours of pure working time.

I started working on the sweater in late October / early November last year, so the overall process took about five months. I didn't work on it continously during that time, though - there were quite a few weeks where I didn't make any progress, and even more where I would only knit in the evenings on the weekend for a few hours.
